摘要
采用聚苯胺将银离子在涤纶织物上还原，形成表面催化层，并对织物化学镀银。探讨了聚苯胺聚合条件对其还原性能的影响，确定了活化条件，优化了涤纶织物的化学镀银工艺。制备的银／聚苯胺腺纶复合材料电磁屏蔽效能为60-90dB，得到的镀银层均匀致密，方阻为400mΩ/□。
Silver ion is reduced by polymerized polyaniline on PET fabric to form a catalytic layer and then the electroless silver plating is carried out. The effects of polymerization conditions on reducing capabili- ty of polyaniline are discussed. The optimal conditions of activating and etectroless plating are deter- mined. The results show that the silver layer is uniformly and compactly plated with surface resistance of 400mΩ/□. The shielding effectiveness of silver-plated PET fabric is around 60-90 dB.
