摘要
针对传统大尺寸孔表面光整加工装置的各种弊端,提出一种新型涡流式光整加工装置的总体设计方案,同时完成了该加工装置的结构设计,并对其加工机理进行了理论分析,为装置的设计优化提供理论依据。最后通过正交试验讨论了转速、加工时间和磨料直径对加工效果的影响,并确定了合理的加工参数。
Based on the disadvantages of the traditional large hole surface finishing equipment, the design program of a new type vortex finishing equipment is proposed, and also the structural design of the processing equipment is completed. At the same time, the mechanism of its processing is analyzed theoretically, which provide a theoretical basis for further optimization of the design of the device. Finally, the influence of speed, processing time, and the diameter of the abrasive to processing effect are discussed through orthogonal experiment, and feasible machining parameters are also confirmed.
