摘要
通过理论分析、有限元仿真和实验研究,对超声内圆磨削系统中回转式非接触超声电能传输装置的磁芯材料、线圈绕法、磁芯线圈间距和磁芯结构进行选取和优化,并对应用了该回转式非接触超声电能传输装置的超声振动内圆磨头进行实验研究,验证该装置设计方案的合理性和实用性。
Based on the theoretical analysis and finite element simulation, a practical structural and design method of rotary non- contact electric power transmission device for ultrasonic vibration internal grinding system was proposed, experiments about the prototype of the rotary non-contact electric power transmission device for ultrasonic vibration internal grinding system were stud- ied, and the feasibility of the optimum design methods were verified.
