摘要
分析了发动机缸盖火花塞孔深度尺寸特点,针对传统测量方法无法快速测量的问题,提出了一种深度测量专用检具的设计方案,深入研究了被测要素技术要求、测量原理以及检具关键结构设计,详细描述了检具操作方法。采用比较测量法设计的专用检具能快速准确地测出火花塞孔深度尺寸,大大提高了检测精度和检测速度。
By analysing the features on the size of the engine cylinder head spark plug hole depth ,the design of a special gauge to measure the depth is proposed to solve the problem of traditional methods without rapid measurement, which is based on the in- depth study of the technical requirements of the tested elements, the measurement principle and the key structural design of gauge, and gives detailed description of the gauge operation method. This special measuring instrument with comparative measurements ena- bles to measure the size of the spark plug hole depth quickly and accurately, greatly improving the detection accuracy and speed.
