摘要
衰减器终端器产品订单呈现出小批量多品种的显著特征,传统的产品设计方法和生产方式已经不能适应其产品生产。基于企业生产实践,分析衰减器终端器的产品结构,面向制造过程,运用积木原理和模块化设计方法,标准化产品结构,优化产品系列,实现大量使用通用零件的目标,从而使零件种类减少98.7%以上。既缩短了产品研发、制造周期,提高企业对客户的响应速度,又降低了成本,提高了劳动生产率。这种方法对其他企业有一定借鉴作用。
Sale orders of the attenuators & terminators characterized as High Variants Low Volume ( HVLV), the traditional de- sign & production methods can not satisfy it. On the basis of the enterprise' s practice, analyzed the structure of the attenuators & terminators,facing the manufacturing process, used the block-building & modularity design methods, standardized the product structure, optimized the product series, aimed at the use of common pieces parts, decreased the pieces parts sorts down to 1.3 per- cent. Not only does this shorten the design & manufacturing time, speed up the enterprise' s response, but also decreases the cost, improves production rate. It' s a good reference for other enterprises.
