摘要
针对目前运煤列车防冻液喷洒装置不能升降且在停止喷洒时喷头中残液滴漏等问题,设计了一种多功能式防冻液喷洒装置。运用Pro/E软件建立了喷洒装置的三维模型,并将支撑立柱导入到ANSYS Workbench软件中进行了静态分析和模态分析,得到支撑立柱的位移分布情况、固有频率和振型,验证了结构的合理性,并为优化结构设计提供了可靠的理论依据。
Aiming at the problem of current antifreeze spraying device for coal trains cannot be lifted and the dripping of residual antifreeze in the spray nozzle when stop spraying, a cross-functional spraying device has been designed. Using Pro/E software es- tablishes the 3D model and then the support column is imported into ANSYS Workbench software for the static and modal analy- sis. The result identify the displacement distribution, natural frequency and vibration mode of the support columns, verify the ra- tionality of structure and provide the basis for optimizing structure design.
