论道家“无为”思想对高校去行政化的启示

On the Philosophical Thought of Taoism “Inaction”and Its Enlightenment to De-administration in Colleges and Universities

"无为"是道家思想的精髓,包含着宏奥的管理哲理,对当代人的管理活动富有启发性。当前我国高校中行政权力泛化,因过度"有为"而造成管理者与被管理者之间的重重矛盾。从道家"无为"思想中发掘有价值的管理元素,以之分析高校管理中行政权力泛化的现象,可以达到"执古之道,以御今之有"的目的。

＂Inactivity＂is the essence of Taoism and it contains lots of grand and abstruse management philosophy which enlighten contemporary people＇s management activities.At present,administrative power is abused in China＇s colleges and universities,many contradictions are caused between managers and managers because of excessive＂activities＂.Exploring valuable management elements from the Taoism ＂Inaction＂ thought to analysis the phenomenon of administrative power＇s generalization in the management of colleges and universities hoping to achieve the purpose of holding the legacy of truth to control activities today.
