摘要
村小教师专业水平不高,是其成为义务教育体系中薄弱环节的根本原因。构建村小教师学习共同体,是促进教师发展的有效路径。本文通过分析、反思村小教师专业发展障碍,论证了增强构建村小教师学习共同体的针对性,利用学习共同体所具有的教育问题共享、群体动力、资源整合的特征,弥补村小教师专业发展动力不足等问题。揭示出村小联盟、城乡结对互助、大学与村小合作等丰富的村小教师学习共同体形态,是构建村小教师学习共同体现实地发挥其作用的关键所在。
That teachersprofessional level is not high in the village primary school is the basic reason for the weak link in the compulsory education system.Constructing the learning community of teachers in the village is an effective way to promote the development of teachers.This paper reflects village teachersprofessional development obstacles,demonstrates the pertinence of enhancing village primary school teacherslearning community and makes up for a lack of village primary school teachersprofessional development motivation by using features of learning community such as educational issues sharing,group dynamics and resource integration.At last,this paper reveals that abundant teacherslearning community form such as"village primary school union","urban and rural twinning assistance"and "cooperation between university and village primary school"is the key to build village primary school teacherslearning community and make it work.
