摘要
教师的教育观,是教师在理论学习和教学实践过程中形成的对教育及与其它事物关系的基本观点。本文从教师观、课程观、学生观、学习观四个维度,研究2000年至2015年美国历届国家年度教师的教育观。旨在为那些在中国教育改革发展过程中感到迷茫、困惑或焦灼的教师,提供相对科学实用的合理化建议,引导其跳出小课堂,走向大教育,以期获得有益于完善我国优秀教师专业发展和优秀教师队伍建设的启示。
Teachers'education idea is the basic view of the relationship between teachers' education and other things in the process of theoretical study and teaching practice.This paper researches teacher's education view from 2000 to 2015in United States from the dimensions of teachers'view,curriculum view,students'view and study view.Then it provides a relatively scientific and practical rationalization proposal for those teachers who are lost and confused in the process of Chinese education reformation and development,and guide them out of the classroom walk to large education,in order to gain the enlightenment of perfect our excellent professional development for teachers and excellent teacher team construction in our country.
