台湾“教卓”计划及其对大陆应用型高校发展的启示

On Taiwan's“University Teaching Excellence Award”Plan and Its Enlightenment to Mainland Applied University Development

随着现代高等教育大众化的发展,教学质量日益成为关注的重点。在此背景下,台湾出台了"奖励大学教学卓越计划"的政策。目前,该政策已经实施了3期,对台湾大学教学质量的改进和学生整体竞争力的提升起到了十分有效的保障和促进作用。该政策对应用型高校具有一定的针对性,这对我国高校分类发展、办学转型和质量保障都具有借鉴意义。

With the popularization of higher education and the popularization of modern trends,the quality of teaching has become a focus of attention.In this context,Taiwan issued a ＂reward excellence in university teaching program＂policy.Currently,the policy has been implemented Phase III which enhance the quality of teaching and improve the overall competitiveness.That especially the policy pays attention to applied universities can provide reference for classification development,transition and quality assurance of universities and colleges in mainland.
