摘要
本文基于英语教师专业发展和合作共同体相关研究成果,采用质性研究设计,主要通过参与式观察和讨论、阅读反思日志,对首都师范大学初等教育学院和首师大附小英语学科合作共同体建设五年实践进行探索性和描述性研究。本研究聚焦三个问题:第一,双方合作共建的有效模式;第二,小学教师的成长;第三,教师发展中存在的突出性问题。研究结果表明:合作共同体的建设模式是基于有机合作的理念,制定规范的合作制度,确定有意义的共建内容。探索合适的合作形式;在校本教研模式下,小学教师实现了专业成长;但合作共建中小学教师自主发展能力不强,有待进一步提高。
Based on the research literature on English teachers' professional development and university-school cooperation community, this paper cooperation community of English teachers between research methods including participant observation explores and describes the five-year practice of building CNU and its affiliated primary school with qualitative and discussion, and journal reading. Three issues are focused upon: the efficient cooperation mode, the growth of the primary school teachers, and the main problems in the teachers' development. The research results go as the following: Firstly, the building mode of the cooperation community includes the concept of healthy cooperation as a basis, an established normative cooperation system, the agreed meaningful contents and the appropriate means of cooperation. Secondly, within the framework of school-based research on teaching, the primary school teachers have demonstrated professional development. Thirdly, the main problem in building the cooperation community is that the primary school teachers are not capable of professional self-development.
