高校教育教学的质量问题日益凸显,如何加强本科教学改革愈发显示其重要性和紧迫性。教学制度作为一种重要的内生性资源,是积极推进高校教学改革的决定性因素。从制度分析的视角探讨高校教学改革的必要性与合理性,提出必须超越制度变迁的路径依赖、培育以教学自由为核心的内在制度、重塑利益相关体的权益关系。

Many problems arise in university teaching quality,so it is important and urgent to improve university teaching reform. University teaching system,as an important inner-born resource,is the decisive factor to improve university teaching reform.From the view of system analysis,this paper discusses the necessity and rationality of transcending the path dependence of institutional change,cultivating teaching as the core of internal system,tuning the rights and interests of stakeholders body relations to build the path of the university teaching reform.
