摘要
"人文·化人"是新形势下加强和改进高职大学生思想政治教育的新思路、新举措,是对高职院校思想教育工作的思考与实践,从"人文·化人"教育的关联解读、必然选择、模式建构及举措等方面予以分析和阐述,以进一步提升高职院校思想教育的实效,更好地实现人才培养目标。
Under current circumstances,humane education is a new way for ideological and political work in higher vocational colleges.This paper makes an analysis of the connotation of humane education,must choice,mode construction and measures,aiming to improve ideological education in higher vocational colleges and achieve talent training goal.
