摘要
影响高校产学研项目质量的因素主要有前期沟通不足、功能模块的分解不合理、中期执行力度不够、后期风险控制不到位、模块间的关联度过高等。借鉴企业项目管理的办法,结合高校产学研项目管理中出现的问题,分别从项目启动、项目制定、项目执行、项目监控和项目收尾等五个环节对高校产学研项目的管理工作进行了探索,提出建立企业化的高校产学研项目管理机制的具体办法。
The factors that affect the quality of production-teching-research project in university lack of communication and the decomposition of function module unreasonable,during the early stage,the Interim Implementation not enough,the late risk control not in place and the association between modules too high.Adapting from enterprise project management model and considering the problems existing in the production-teching-research project management in university,the paper explorates the project management of production-teching research in the university from the following five sessions respectively:the project start,project formulation,the project implementation,project supervision and project completion.Which proposes the establishment of the project management mechanism on production-teching-research project management in university in specific practices.
