甲状腺患者术中实时喉上神经外侧支监测临床分析 被引量:3

摘要 喉上神经损伤是一种甲状腺手术常见并发症,发生率可达15%左右,其中喉上神经外侧支(EBSLN)损伤后可诱发同侧环甲肌瘫痪,引起声带松弛、声音嘶哑以及音调降低等,严重影响患者的工作和生活[1]。我院在甲状腺手术中实施喉上神经外侧支监测、定位和保护,获得较为满意的效果,现报告如下。
