医院组织文化特征的实证研究

Empirical Study on Organizational Culture Characteristics of the Hospitals

目的基于Denison组织文化模型及量表,分析所研究医院的组织文化特征。方法采用Cronbach’s Alpha信度检验、KMO检验、Bartlett’s检验、均数分析以及单因素方差分析进行研究。结果 A医院与C3医院在参与性、一致性、适应性与使命4个特质上具有明显的优势文化,C1医院在参与性、一致性、适应性与使命4个特质上具有明显的弱势文化,C2医院在适应性与使命2个特质上具有明显的弱势文化,D1医院在参与性与一致性2个特质上具有明显的弱势文化,B医院没有明显的优势文化和弱势文化。结论应推进人文素养培训,实施品牌文化策略,开展医学伦理查房,加强制度文化建设。

Objectives To analyze the organizational cultural characteristics of the hospitals based on the Denison model and scale of organizational culture.Methods The methods of Cronbach＇s Alpha reliability test,KMO test,Bartlett＇s test,mean analysis and of one-way anova analysis were used to carry out the analysis.Results Hospital A and hospital C3 had obvious advantages in traits of involvement,consistency,adaptability and mission.Hospital C1 had obvious weakness in traits of involvement,consistency,adaptability and mission.Hospital C2 had obvious weakness in traits of adaptability and mission.Hospital D1 had obvious weakness in traits of involvement and consistency.Hospital B had no obvious dominant culture and weak culture.Conclusions The hospitals should strengthen organizational culture by pursuing humanistic quality training,implementing strategy of brand culture,carrying out medical ethics rounds,and strengthening system culture construction.
