人格特质、关系冲突与职场冲突管理策略的关系

摘要 职场冲突通常可分为任务冲突、关系冲突和过程冲突,其中作为一种普遍存在员工私下之间的关系冲突,更容易与个人因素(如人格特质)相互作用,从而影响员工所采取的冲突管理策略。本文通过对近千名中国在职人员的问卷调查,探讨关系型冲突、员工人格特质和冲突管理策略之间的关系。
