Theoretical Basis of Interaction of Rural Health Service Network

农村卫生服务网络互动机制的建立,需要理论基础的支持。分析总结了质量链、健康整合和组织网络理论的概念和内涵,基于相互兼容的3种理论,认为在农村卫生服务网络互动理论模型中,需要对基层卫生服务和县级医疗卫生服务机构进行资源与管理层面的整合,不同机构间形成链式服务,同时,通过合作机制的制度化来维持并促进互动。

Theoretical basis is necessary to build the interaction mechanism of rural health service network. This paper reviewed quality chain theory,integrated health theory and the principle of organization network. According to the fact that three theoretical basics are compatible,preliminary mode of interaction of rural health services network was developed,in which grassroots and county- level services should be integrated in terms of resources and managements,chain services should be provided among different level institutions. At the same time,interaction should be fostered and enhanced by cooperation institutionalization.
