摘要
在分析冶金除尘灰的再利用技术的基础上,介绍太钢碳素除尘灰、不锈除尘灰的再利用技术的研究进展与生产实践情况。重点结合太钢富氧竖炉生产铬、镍铁水的生产实践,介绍以不锈除尘灰为主要原料,生产冶炼铬、镍铁水的技术。指出:钢铁企业只有根据自身生产的特点,消化和优化现有技术,同时研发出适合企业特点的新技术,才能实现企业的转型发展,实现经济与环保方面的双重效益。
A brief introduction is presented on the research and practice of carbon steel and stainless steel dust in TISCO based on the summaxy of recycle use of metallurgical dust. The research is concentrated on the production of Cr and Ni-iron bearing hot metal by oxygen-riched shaft furnace with stainless steel dust as raw material. Finally, it is pointed that the enterprise would realize transition development and operate economically and efficiently only by digesting and optimizing current technology, developing innovative technology on the base of consideration of it's advantages and disadvantages.
