摘要
结合三罐并列喷吹的系统设计,介绍一种喷煤系统中氮气回收复用技术。经详细计算可知,利用此技术后按单座3 200 m^3高炉每天的产量为7 000 t计算,每天可节约成本2 800元,每年可节省成本约100万元。
Combined with the system design of three cans blowing, this paper introduces a recycling and reuse technology of nitrogen in the coal injection system. The detailed calculation shows that using this technique it can save 2, 800 yuan for 3 200 m3 BF with 7 000 t production every day, and about 1 million yuan each year.
