Practice of Improving the Coke Oven Gas Heating Value of 7.63 m Coke Oven

通过分析煤气成分对热值的影响,指出7.63 m焦炉运行过程中存在的问题;通过分析具体生产操作对焦炉煤气成分的影响,提出解决存在问题的相应措施,为提高大型焦炉煤气热值提供思路和借鉴。

Through the analysis of influence of gas composition on the calorie value, this paper points out the existed problems in the operation process 7.63 m coke oven. And the effect of the concrete operation on the composition of coke oven gas is briefly introduced, and corresponding measures are put forward to solve the existed problem, providing thought for increasing large coke oven gas calorie value and have positive reference.
