介绍了软启在京唐公司高炉的应用,针对高炉软启存在的问题,提出四种改造方案并作出比较,最后确定"增加旁路直启设备"作为最终的改造方案。方案实施后,有效解决了软启无故停机的问题。

This paper introduces the application of blast furnace soft start in Jingtang company. As to existing problems, it put forward four kinds of transformation scheme and makes a comparison, finally determines ＂bypass starting equipment＂ as the final transformation plan. After the implementation of the program, the shutdown of soft starter without cause is effectively solve.
