摘要
为了降低大南湖二矿煤对电厂锅炉的沾污,通过采样化验,分析了煤沾污的主要原因。分别利用煤样化验数据、地质勘探报告中的相关数据,研究了大南湖二矿生产原煤中氧化钠含量变化趋势,分析了生产原煤的灰分与氧化钠关系,拟合出了灰分与氧化钠之间的函数关系,对比分析了煤与矸石的氧化钠含量。从生产工艺、生产设计等方面提出了相应的煤质控制技术。
In order to reduce the contamination of Dananhu No.2 Mine coal on power plant boiler, the mine analyzes the main reasons of coal contamination by sampling and testing. Using the testing data of coal sample, the relevant data of geological exploration report, the article researches the sodium oxide content change trend in raw coal, analyzes the relationship between raw coal ash content and sodium oxide, researches the function relation between ash content and sodium oxide, and compares the sodium oxide content of coal and waste rock. The author presents the corresponding coal quality control technology from production process and design.
