Automatic Exhaust System in Substation High-voltage Chamber

旨在发明一种变电站高压室自动化排风系统,解决变电站高压室的排风问题。设计自动控制系统,结合温度控制仪对电源风扇进行控制,解决变电站高压室由于通风不畅造成的发热绝缘老化、室内工作环境恶劣、维修费用过高等问题。在多个变电站进行应用,取得了良好的效果,保证了电气设备的安全运行。

The purpose of this paper is to present an automatic exhaust system, solving the exhaustion problems in the high-voltage chamber of substation. Combined with temperature control instrument installed on power supply fan, automatic control system is designed to solve the problems caused by deficiency of air flowing in high-vohage chamber, such as insulation aging, poor working conditions, high repairing cost etc. The system is applied in a number of substations, and has achieved good results and ensured the safe operation of electrical equipments.
