莱城电厂1号炉低NO_x燃烧系统改造效果分析

摘要 为有效应对日益严重的环境污染问题,火电厂锅炉采取燃煤锅炉炉内空间分级燃烧技术、煤粉浓淡高效分离技术,提出了对燃烧器系统、一次风管道、二次风系统和空预器等系统进行具体的低氮改造措施,并且分析了300 M W燃煤锅炉低氮改造后的热经济性和安全性。经试验验证,1号锅炉低氮改造后,锅炉N Ox排放量大幅减少,质量排放浓度标准降到了300 mg/m^3。 To effectively deal with the increasingly serious problem of environmental pollution, air-staged combustion technology and rich/lean pulverized coal separating technology were adopted by coal-fired thermal power plant. It was proposed to carry out low nitrogen transformation on burner system, primary air pipe, secondary air system, air pre-heater and other systems. 300 MW coal-fired boilers with low nitrogen transformation were analyzed from the aspects of economy and safety. It was verified that after low nitrogen transformation of NO.1 boiler, NO, emissions were significantly redut^ed with emissions mass concentration dropping to 300 mg/m^3.
