中水深度处理技术在火电厂的应用探讨

Application of Advanced Effluent Treatment Technology in Thermal Power Plants

山西漳山发电有限责任公司采用中水深度处理技术对长治市污水处理厂的二级生化处理出水进行处理,经过澄清、过滤处理后,出水的暂硬、浊度、碱度等指标稳定且达到了电厂辅机循环冷却水系统和锅炉补给水处理系统的补水设计标准,并能够满足生产需要。针对漳山发电厂中水深度处理系统投运初期出现的问题和解决方法进行总结,在实际运行中取得了良好的效果。

Advanced treatment technology was adopted by Shanxi Zhangshan Power Generation Co., Ltd. to treat the secondary effluent from Changzhi Sewage Treatment Plant. After clarification and filtration, the temporary hardness, turbidity and alkalinity of the effluent remained stable and could achieve the demand of the circulating cooling water system and boiler water make-up treatment system in power plants, being able to meet the production needs. The problems and solutions for the early commissioning of the advanced effluent treatment system in Zhangshan Power Generation Company were summarized and good results have been achieved in the actual operation.
