原料气压缩机冬季开车出现的问题及处理

Problem Occurred in Startup of Natural Gas Compressor in Winter and Its Treatment

介绍了原料气压缩机在冬季开车过程中速关阀阀杆泄漏量大;调速阀未开,汽轮机冲转运行;汽轮机转速波动较大,且提转受阻;压缩机无循环流量;干气密封一级密封气无压差等故障现象及特点。根据故障特征对可能引起故障的原因进行逐项分析,确认速关阀阀杆泄漏管冻结造成阀杆泄漏量大;蒸汽导淋排放管线流程不合理、管线冻结造成汽轮机直接冲转;压缩机回流冷却器内漏而循环水进入压缩机汽缸造成汽轮机提转受阻;工艺管线及干气密封管线进水而冻结造成压缩机无循环流量及一级密封气无压差。针对故障原因,采取了相应措施使故障消除。

In the startup of natural gas compressor in winter, following problems may occur： turbine is startup before throttle valve in startup; turbine has fluctuation in speed and is impeded in speed increase; without circulated flow in compressor; without differential pressure in the first stage of dry gas seal. The causes of these faults were analyzed in this article based on their phenomena. It was concluded that serious leakage in valve shaft was induced from the freezing in leakage pipe; unexpected startup of turbine was caused by inappropriate procedure of steam discharge pipe and freezing occurred in pipeline; turbine was impeded in speed increase was caused from the inner leakage in reflux cooler in compressor so as to make cycle water flowing into the cylinder of compressor; that water flowed into process and dry gas seal pipelines and was freeze made there is no circle flow in compressor and there is no differential pressure in the first stage of seal. With respect to these causes related measures were then adopted so as to remove all of the faults.
