摘要 列举了某烟机入口管线铰链型膨胀节失效的典型案例,通过有限元传热和耦合场分析对膨胀节失效原因进行了分析,并与现场温度分布实测结果对比,确定了高温烟道膨胀节主要受力结构件的设计温度;并对失效案例进行优化改进,为高温设计提供参考。 With a typical example of failure occurred in hinge expansion joint in an inlet pipeline for flue gas machine, the cause was analyzed through the analysis of temperature and stress coupling field by using finite element method. Compared with the result from actual measured temperature distribution, the design temperature for main forced components in the expansion joint in high temperature flue gas piping was determined. Then the design parameters in the example of failure analyzed before was modified and optimized, which may be used as reference in high temperature design later.
