用户情感体验的研究视角对比与展望 被引量:5

摘要 通过对比现有关于用户情感体验研究发现研究结果根据用户与产品交互过程中,情感与认知出现的先后顺序及相互关系,产生了两个不同视角,即认知评价视角与生理反应视角。不同视角中情感体验的界定、评价方法也有很大的区别,通过对比两个不同的研究视角,发现目前情感体验研究中存在优势及局限,为产品情感体验的研究提供参考。未来研究需要结合不同产品交互设计的特征,对用户情感体验概念的界定进行更深层次的挖掘,构建情感体验与产品特征的内在联系。在以用户为中心的设计信条下,加深设计师对用户情感体验的认识,在设计以及迭代过程中重视提升用户情感体验。 This thesis compares two different research points of emotion experience in design, psychological appraisal and biological reaction. Each of them have different concept and research method. The advantages and limits of each perspective are discovered, so it can give reference to researchers who want to study on emotion experience of products. The future research will combine diverse interaction qualities to construct the internal relationship between user emotion experience and design elements.
