摘要
面对《中国制造2025》和《环渤海地区合作发展纲要》的规划要求,河北省的工业发展方向应是以先进制造业、新型重工业、多种新型服务业,节能减排提高收益为特色的新型工业领军强省。在这样的背景下工业设计作为不可或缺的创新力量应体现出应有的价值。立足本省工业基础,让工业设计的创新能力融入河北工业转型,向低碳节能高收益型转变。本文分析了河北省当前的工业布局、河北工业设计发展现状,结合《中国制造2025》和《环渤海地区合作发展纲要》的规划,试探性提出河北省的2025年以前工业设计发展方向。
The direction of Hebei industrial development should be ＂new type industrial leader with characteristics of advanced manufacturing, new type heavy industry, a variety of new type services, high efficiency with energy-saving and low emissions, under these requirements of China Manufacturing 2025 and The Main Headings of Around Bohai Sea Area Cooperation and Development. Under the background, industrial design is an essential innovation force that should show their values. Based on Hebei industrial bases, it should make it into new type industrial with high efficiency with energy-saving and low emissions. This paper tentatively proposes the development direction of industrial design in Hebei before 2025, after which analyzed some important situation such as the current industry structure in Hebei, status of industrial design in Hebei, and combined these requirements of China Manufacturing 2025 and The Main Headings of Around Bohai Sea Area Cooperation and Development.
