试论知识交换设计在大学与中小企业合作关系中的价值 被引量:2

摘要 该文作者调查研究了英国的一个项目——知识转移合作关系,对知识交换方式进行了深入研究,并运用知识交换设计之概念寻找提升合作质量的方法,消除合作各方的交流障碍。该研究涉及互动设计、视觉设计、传播等知识领域,结合实际案例得出结论:学者与企业在合作中主要面临工作方式、对研究项目期待值、时间管理以及知识产权意识不同、跨学科合作等挑战。继而运用二阶知识交换工具,对跨学科合作中的问题提出了解决方案,阐明知识交换设计对交流的积极意义。 This research explored a program called Knowledge Transfer Partnership, which ia established by the UK government. The research objectives are finding the process of Knowledge Transfer Partnerships; understanding what is knowledge exchange design; exploring the knowledge exchange approach in those KTP programs; designing and utilizing collaboration tools to solve existing barriers to collaborate. This research is related to the theoretical area of interaction design and graphic design, and communication of university- SMEs collaboration (e.g. KTP). As a result, the university and small businesses might have different expectation of researches, as well as different time management and attitude to confidentiality. Further, the university-industry partnership usually creates a multi-disciplinary environment of teamwork, which allows members to acquire more knowledge or practical experiences in commercial projects.
