不同豆秸添加量对平菇综合农艺性状的影响

Effects of Adding Different Beans on the Comprehensive Agronomic Traits of Pleurotus ostreatus

以不同豆秸添加量和棉籽壳、麦麸组成的培养基栽培平菇(Pleurotus ostreatus),以菌丝长势、菌袋污染率、出菇时间、生物学效率等为评价指标。结果表明配方中豆秸50%、棉籽壳40%、麦麸10%,另加石膏1%、石灰2%时,平菇生物学效率最高,综合农艺性状最好。

Beanstalk, cotton seed hulls and wheat bran were incorporated into nine different substrate formulae used for cultivating Pleurotus ostreatus strains. Based on the biological efficiency and fruit body morphology, the best formula of the culture substrate wich can produce the most biological efficiency was 50% beanstalk, 40% cotton seed bulls, 10% wheat bran, 1% gypsum, 2% lime.
