摘要 自然杀伤(natural killer,NK)细胞是固有免疫系统的一部分,是机体抵御病毒感染、肿瘤细胞生长及转移的第一道防线。而NK细胞的异源反应性更是目前研究的热点。临床上,HLA不相合造血干细胞移植(HSCT)中,“licensed”NK细胞具有异源反应性。
