The conditions of books loss are prevalent during the circulation of books in library, which affect the in- tegrity and utilization of library＇ s collections. This article provides some flexible and feasible solutions by consider- ing the reformations of book compensation＇ s system and by analyzing the categories of the lost books, and intro- duces the process of books compensation.
