摘要
专利经营不能过于强调专利的直接价值体现,而要关注专利对组织业务的支撑和促进作用,专利经营可以有效促进组织竞争发展优势的实现。通过总结国内外不同类型组织的专利经营实践,根据其对待研发、许可和生产的重视程度,将基于组织发展战略的专利经营划分为生产型、服务型、研发型、集中型和综合型5种模式,这5种模式呈现出地域性、行业性和演化性的规律。在此基础上,分析专利经营模式在中国的发展趋势。
Patent management should not be overemphasized on the market value of the patent, but focus on patent sup- porting and promoting function of the organizationg business, patent management can effectively promote the development of organizational competitive advantage. By summarizing different types of patent management practice of the domestic and for- eign organization, according to the attention degree of R & D, license and production, patent management is divided into five kinds of patternbased on the organization development strategy, which are manufacture - type, service - type, research -type, concentration -type and comprehensive -type, respectively. Moreover, these five patterns present a regional, in- dustrial and developmental rule. We will analyze the development trend in the Chinese patent management pattern on this basis.
