基于PCA的江苏省城市化发展水平综合评价

摘要 根据城市化的本质内涵,构建一套可量化的城市化水平评价指标体系,运用变差系数和主成分分析法(PCA)对江苏省城市化发展水平进行综合评价,并分析显著影响城市化水平的若干因素。研究结果表明:江苏13个城市的城市化水平具有较大差异,苏南城市化水平较高,苏北城市化水平较低,苏中城市介于两者之间;经济实力对城市化影响最大,潜在实力、发展能力、人口素质和生态环境协调能力也具有重要作用。 According to the essential connotation of urbanization, we establish a commercial evaluation index system of ur- banization. Comprehensive evaluation of urbanization and factor analysis on urbanization development level are conducted with the methods of variation coefficient and principal component analysis. The results show that, the urbanization develop- ment levels in 13 cities in Jiangsu are different: Level of Southern region is higher; Level of northern region is lower, and level of central region is between southern and northern region; Economic strength has the greatest impact on urbanization; The potential strength, development capacity, population quality and the environment also play an important role in urbani- zation.
