摘要变革管理理论是管理学中较为热点的议题。通过对近些年国外变革管理理论文献的归纳来分析目前变革管理理论的发展动态。通过组织变革、技术变革、商业模式变革3个部分来综述变革理论近10年来的发展轨迹,在此基础上提出对变革管理未来发展趋势的分析。 Change management is a hot issue of modem management science. Based on conclusions of recent articles about change management, this paper （article） analyzes current state of change management theory. Through the aspects of or- ganizational change, technological change, business models change, the author reviews the development track of change management theory in the past ten years. In view of the above, the future developmental trend of change management is put forward.
