煤炭企业协同创新网络模型构建

近两年,在煤炭需求不旺、过剩产能难以消化、煤炭价格连续下降的严峻市场形势下,对煤炭企业来说,自身苦练内功,进行技术创新,促进产品升级改造,提高运作效率,是企业发展的必然选择。本文根据协同创新理论,基于煤炭企业技术创新的现状,分析出煤炭企业技术创新存在的问题,如投入偏少、开采技术落后、创新能力不足、创新环境较差等。最后从构建分层协同体系,形成协同创新网络,创建协同创新平台,促进创新资源在行业内整合及创新成果的共享,保障协同创新高效运行,提升煤炭企业竞争力,推动我国煤炭产业升级等方面提出了相应的政策建议。

In recent years, under the situation of reduced coal demands, excess capacity and declining coal prices, coal enterprises should practice hard skills, make technical innovation, promote product upgrading and improve operational efficiency. According to collaborative innovation theory, this paper analyzes the present situation of coal enterprise development, and points out the problems, such as low investment, backward exploitation technology, insufficient innovation ability and poor innovation environment. Finally, it makes policy recommendations of building a hierarchical collaborative system, forming the collaborative innovation networks, creating the collaborative innovation platform, promoting innovation resource integration and sharing innovation results in the industry as to ensure the efficient operation of collaborative innovation, improve the competitiveness of coal enterprises and promote the upgrading of China＇s coal industry.
