创新网络、区域创新环境与上海城市创新

摘要 采用基于因子的协整、Granger因果检验、脉冲响应函数及方差分解,对创新网络、区域创新环境与上海城市创新的关系进行定量研究后,发现创新网络和区域创新环境分别在较短和较长时期内是城市创新的Granger原因;创新网络、城市创新自身及区域创新环境对上海城市创新的作用依次减小;对上海城市创新的贡献,创新网络一直大于区域创新环境,但二者的作用一直在不断增加。在此基础上,本文从优化创新空间布局、完善政策体系、扩大交流合作及完善中介服务方面提出相关对策以促进上海城市创新。 The relationship of the innovation network, regional innovation environment and Shanghai City innovation is conducted a quantitative study based on factor co-integration, Granger causality test, impulse response and variance decomposition function. The study shows that innovation network and regional innovation environment are respectively Granger causes of Shanghai City innovation in a relatively short period and a relatively long period, and the roles of innovation network, urban innovation itself and regional innovation environment are reduced in turn on Shanghai city innovation, and contribution of innovation network to Shanghai City innovation has been greater than regional innovation environment, but the roles of the two has been increased. Finally, from the perspectives of optimizing innovation space layout and innovation, improving the policy system, expanding exchanges and cooperation, and improving the intermediary services, the relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to promote the innovation in Shanghai.
