我国档案学研究批评与反思

Criticism and introspection on the research of archival science in our country

本文在前人研究的基础上更为系统地总结了近年来档案学研究值得反思的一些问题并且分析了其产生的原因。这些问题有知识生产专业化导致档案学者各自为政、专注于跨界研究而档案学本体理论创新不足、受西方档案学研究逻辑轨迹影响而丧失原创力、作为知识分子缺失求真的信仰而制造大量学术垃圾、学术道德缺失与审稿双重标准引起学术不规范、象征资本的流动导致档案学人才流失。希望能以此引起档案学研究者的关注并与之共勉。最后认为这些现象长期存在却未能改善,其原因在于学术信仰缺失、学科信心不足、学人尊严的丧失,问题的改善需要档案学人一同努力以维护档案学研究秩序并推动档案学研究的健康发展。

This paper summarized more systematic several problems that worthy reflected within archival community on the basis of other professionals and analyzed the causes with the hope that can contribute to concern and reflection of archival researchers.These including production of knowledge becomes more professional while scholars become more autonomous,concerned more with interdisciplinary studies leads to insufficient studies of archival ontology theoretical innovation,effected by western archival professionals study logical path contributes to lacking originality,as intellectuals lack of academic pursuit and created great academic rubbish,deficiency of academic ethics and double standard evoke the irregular of academic,mobility of symbolic capital brings about the brain drain.Finally,the author believed that these issues have been long existing but not changed,the reasons lie that deficiency of the academic beliefs,lacking reliance of the discipline and dignity of scholars,and such changes need all our archival commons to make efforts together so as to safeguard research orders further to enhance the healthy development of archival science.
