西夏档案保管制度再探索

西夏档案保管制度主要包括分类保管制度和保管制度的完善两方面内容。本文从西夏档案分类保管的法律规定、汉文史籍中记载的西夏档案分类保管事例、西夏档案分类保管之副本制等三方面论证了西夏档案分类保管制度,对西夏中央和地方官府中的中书舍人、内管官、勾管人和主簿、局分人等兼管或专管档案的职官设置和具体职能等方面切入,探讨了西夏档案保管制度的完善,从而揭示出西夏档案保管制度的合理性和实用性。

The Xixia Dynasty archives keeping system mainly includes two aspects： the system of clas- sification and keeping and the improvement of the keeping system. In this paper, we have explored the perfection of the Xixia Dynasty archives keeping system from three aspects： laws and regulations; the Chi- nese historical records; the duplicate system. First, we researched into the official position settings and spe- cific functions in Xixia central and local governments. These official positions include Zhongshusheren, Neiguanguan, Zhubu and Jufenren （officers to look after archives as their full time or part time job）. Doing so, we can reveal the rationality and particularity of the Xixia archive classification and keeping system.
