《商君书》中的文书档案工作研究

《商君书》中蕴含着丰富的战国时期文书档案工作史料,对秦国变法活动中使用的令、上书、计书、丁籍、符等多种文书种类,文书撰制、文书办理、档案收藏和保护等文书档案工作制度多有涉及。这些文书档案工作对秦汉乃至后世有着重要影响,其中的违章处罚制度对当代具有启示和借鉴作用。另外,书中"以吏为师"的规定对"秦世不文"的现象也具有一定的影响。

There are abundant historical materials of documents and archives work of the Warring States Period in Shang Jun Shu. The book not only includes current kinds of documents as Ling, Shangshu, Jishu, Dingji, Fu, but also contains the documents and archive work system of documents writing and mak- ing, documents transaction, archive collection, protection of archives. They were used in Shang yang＇s re- form and have a significance on Qin and Han Dynasties and later ages, especially punishment system around that documents of archives work in Shang Jun Shu has an enlightenment for us today. Furthermore, ＂Yi Li Wei Shi＂of the book has an influence on ＂Qin Shi Bu Wen＇that there is none rich and bright colours in article at Qin Dynasty.
