摘要
在电火花型腔成型加工中,采用分步法,先采用集束电极快速仿形成型进行粗加工,再采用成型电极进行电火花成型精加工,避免了电火花型腔粗加工中复杂结构成型电极的制作,提高加工效率。基于花瓣式锥形电极夹头,研发了新型快速夹持集束电极装置,进行集束电极电火花成型加工工艺试验,摸索了不同电火花加工参数对电火花加工性能的影响,并实现了复杂型腔的加工。
In the process of fabricating complex mould cavity by the electric discharge machining( EDM),the first step is to shape rapidly the sculptured electrode by using cluster electrode for rough EDM,and then the sculptured electrode is used to complete the fine machining,which is helpful to improve work efficiency.The new petal- shaped conical fixture of electrode is developed to conduct process experiments,and the influences of different electric parameters are found. At the last,the complex mould cavity is fabricated by this way.
