摘要
PID控制在工业领域应用广泛,将PID用于微型数控铣床主轴电动机转速控制时,由于机床加工过程中负载变化复杂,主轴转速变化范围较大,而普通PID控制参数不能改变,这使得PID控制的性能有一定的局限性。因此,对普通PID控制进行了相应的改进,使得其在微型数控铣床主轴转速控制中的性能有所提高,并通过实验验证了相关技术的实用性。
PID controller is widely used in industrial fields. When the PID algorithm is applied in the speed control of the spindle motor of the micro NC milling machine. Due to the complexity of the load changes in the process of machine tools. The changes range of spindle speed is relatively large. But the parameters of the ordinary PID controlcan not be changed,which makes the performance of the PID controller has some limitations. So in this paper,the ordinary PID algorithm is improved,which can make the performance of the spindle speed control of the micro NC milling machine to be better. And the simulation results prove the validity improved of the PID algorithm.
