Design of double wheel axle grinding device

该装置用于磨削车轴。车轴包括相背的第一端面、第二端面及一个圆柱状侧面。双砂轮车轴磨削装置包括拨盘、用于支承车轴的第一顶尖及第二顶尖、第一砂轮、第二砂轮及至少一个减震装置。车轴穿过至少一个减震装置且位于减震元件间并能够在减震装置内转动。减震元件可以防止车轴沿径向振动,防止砂轮加工的区域产生表面局部的振纹,从而提高加工精度。

The device is used for grinding the axle. Axle includes the first end and second end face and a cylindrical side which is reverse. Double wheel axle grinding device includes dial,first and second center used for supporting axle,first grinding wheel,the second grinding wheel and at least one damping device. Axle is located between the suspension components through the at least one damping device and can be moved within the shock absorbing device. Axle damping element can prevent the radial vibration,prevent partial surface vibration grain in grinding wheel processing area,to improve the machining accuracy.
