摘要
某整体钢结构件由于材料残余应力大、材料去除量大,导致加工过程中变形严重,加工效率很低。为提高加工效率,采用大切除量的工艺方案,但加工后变形量超过使用需求。通过研究基于开槽法的应力释放技术,有效地控制了加工后零件的变形程度,提高了产品加工效率。
Because of large residual stress and large removal of the material,a steel monolithic component appears serious machining distortion,and the manufacturing efficiency is very low. We try to use a mass removal process plan to solve these problems. However,the machining- distorted extent is out of design requirements. In this article,the machining distortion control is well achieved through exploring stress release based on slotting method,and the manufacturing efficiency is improved.
