摘要
采用层次分析法,结合企业自身对刀具供应商的要求,科学地分析了刀具供应商选择中的各种影响因素,从而对候选供应商进行排序,得到综合最优供应商。采用层次分析法大大简化了供应商选择的流程,取得较好效果。
Connecting real conditions and characteristics of the enterprise,scientific analysis of the cutting tools suppliers selection of various influencing factors,use AHP to sort of candidate suppliers to get the best supplier. Using AHP could greatly simplifies the process of supplier selection. It could be referenced in SCM.
