摘要
目前,随着全封闭组合电器(GIS)的广泛应用于电力系统,尤其是在超、特高压系统中,由隔离开关操作引起的特快速暂态过电压(VFTO)对设备造成的危害得到普遍关注。首先利用电磁暂态仿真软件(ATP-EMTP)仿真计算550k V GIS中在操作母线侧隔离开关的操作方式下一些主要节点的VFTO波形和幅值。然后提出并分析抑制GIS系统中VFTO的措施,分别是附加合闸电阻、加装避雷器、利用接地开关泄放残余电荷、主变高压侧加装并联耦合电容器的方法,为超、特高压GIS设备的设计及生产提供依据。
At present, with the wide application of Gas Insulated Switchgear(GIS) in power system, especially in Super Voltage and UHV systems, the damage of equipment caused by Very Fast Transient Over-voltage(VFTO) for disconnector operation get widespread attention. First, obtain the VFTO waveform and amplitude of some main node under Bus-side disconnector operation in a 550kV GIS by using the electromagnetic transient simulation software(ATP-EMTP). Furthermore, the measure to restrain the VFTO in GIS system is propsed by adding closing resistance, loading metal oxide arrester, using grounding switch to release residual charge, paralleling coupling capacitor in high voltage side of main transformer; the method provide a reference to design and product Super Voltage or UHV GIS equipment.
