摘要
本文针对目前IEC 61850协议在变电站站控层通信实施中遇到的通信异常现象,通过构建IEC 61850通信的最小化模型,详细分析变电站站控层通信采用IEC 61850规约产生的"木桶效应",结合数字化变电站上云变现场原始资料,进一步分析现场站控层的通信报文和网络流量以及装置网卡状态等,并在此基础上提出通信优化处理方案。上云变现场站控层实施该方案后,站控层的报文流量达到更合理的范围,整个站控层通信架构中的各个单元模块能配合更高效,且现场站控层通信长期稳定运行,从而验证方案的正确性和有效性。
In this paper, according to the abnormal phenomenon of IEC 61850 protocol communication in the station control layer of substation, by the minimizing model construction of IEC 61850 communication, combining original data in the Shang Yuan digital substation, such as TCP message and network flow in the station control layer of substation as well as network card state of the device, it analyzes the "Cask Effect" of IEC 61850 protocol communication in the station control layer of substation, and proposes the communication optimization scheme. By the more reasonable network traffic of the station control layer, the more efficient cooperation of the whole communication structure and the long-term stable running of the station control layer communication after implemented the communication optimization scheme, it verifies that this communication optimization scheme is correctness and effectiveness.
