摘要
应急演练是电网应急管理的重要环节,针对电网应急演练的业务需求,提出了电网应急演练推演系统。介绍系统的体系架构、组成和功能,着重阐述了应用流程设计,以及面向应急演练的电力系统数字化仿真、应急主体承灾模型量化分级、演练推演引擎等关键技术及其实现方法,研制的应急演练推演系统功能更加完整,可用性更好。
Emergency drill is an important part of the power grid emergency management.An emergency drills deduction system for the power grid is proposed according to its function requirements.We introduce the system architecture, composition and function, while focusing on the application process design, power system digital simulation for emergency drills, model quantitative classification of emergency body, deduction engines, and other key technologies and their implementation method.Practical results show that functions of the system are more complete and have better availability.
